Our Approach

The Synertx Rehab department features state-of-the-art equipment and a team of highly skilled therapists that have given us a well-earned reputation for successfully transitioning patients back home or to a lower level of care. After getting discharged from the hospital, I really couldn’t function at home. So I came to Rocky Mountain. They gave me physical therapy twice a day. They worked me hard, but treated me very well. I was there for over 30 days. I had a private room and the food was good. It was nice eating with other people who were also rehabbing. When it was time to go home, they went to my house and checked everything out to make sure I’d be safe. They loaned me a walker and set me up with a stool for the shower. Great nurses. Great team. I was happy there.

When I came to Rocky Mountain, two valves in my heart were leaking. I was very weak and tired easily. From the very start, it was nicer than I expected. The whole team met me at the door and made me feel welcome. They worked with me every day. I liked the people and actually enjoyed the therapy. Yes, it was hard, but they made it fun. And my heart got stronger. I’m so much better than I was. Before I went home, they set me up with everything I needed. The people were just wonderful. If I ever needed more therapy, I’d go back there again.
