Located in eastern Montana, Friendship Villa has been serving Miles City and its surrounding communities since 1975. It is our mission to provide you high-quality care with compassion and kindness.

Our Approach

Working closely with your physician, family and other healthcare providers, our team creates your individualized care program. Once you’re here, our medical director, primary physician and their teams visit frequently, assessing your current health status and adjusting your care plan as needed.

Our outstanding therapy team works to accelerate your healing and get you home as soon as possible. To aid your transition back into your own environment, we offer Welcov Home Health. They helped me a lot after my fall and hip fracture. I was helpless when I arrived, and have come quite a long way. Without their excellent care and therapy, I’d still be in bed. I can now stand alone, walk to the restroom on my own, wash myself and get dressed independently.

As a result of a fall, I got an open shoulder and arm injury. The therapy kept me in action and I got stronger. They helped me walk, too. Sometimes it was scary but it felt good when I did something. The physical therapist was very kind.

Having a septic infection was really scary. The nurses and staff helped me understand when I was having hallucinations and when things were not real. That helped me. I could stop and think about what was real, and know I wasn't crazy—that it was my brain dealing with the infection. I also got my memory back. I’m very grateful!
