My mother and I are looking for a long-term skilled nursing home offering respiratory therapy services for my brother (advanced ataxia). We toured the Bethel Care Center today with the Director of Admission Sue Vue. Sue was exceptionally pleasant and well versed in the scope of healthcare services available at the center. During the tour, Sue introduced us to two respiratory therapist: Rita and Jasper. Both Rita and Jasper were very professional and courteous. They took ample time with us and asked probing questions on the care needs of my brother. Rita and Jasper responded to our question with articulate and comprehensive answers that clearly demonstrated a high level of expertise in their specialty. Equally important, Rita and Jasper understood and extended compassion/empathy for the difficulty my mother was struggling with at the thought of placing my brother in a nursing home.
We left the facility feeling pleased with the tour and confident in the quality of care providers and team members working at BCC.
I don’t send notes like this often - but wanted to tell someone in Welcov corporate of the great team in place at Bethel Care Center in St Paul.
