The customer comes first in the Welcov Healthcare organization. We have designed processes and systems to assist our associates in meeting the needs of our residents and families.
Our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Programs are designed to analyze information with the goal of making improvement, whenever possible, to enhance the quality of our services. Similarly, Welcov’s customer service program was created with the goal of delivering exceptional service. We recruit and train committed staff that is trained to listen and respond to customer needs. An independent agency completes random monthly satisfaction surveys to evaluate our customer level of satisfaction. This survey information is used to strengthen and improve our service. Welcov also provides a toll-free 24 hour hotline for residents, families and our associates as another tool to address unresolved issues and questions.
